OwnHER is a 6 month coaching experience for women navigating midlife and perimenopause who want a clear, supported starting point for their health and fitness journey. The program focuses on building a strong foundation through movement, nourishment, recovery, and stress support so progress feels steady and sustainable.
This is not about extremes or quick fixes. It is about learning what matters most for your body in this stage of life, applying it consistently, and building confidence in your decisions with guidance and support along the way.

Most women I work with are not lazy or unmotivated. They are overwhelmed by conflicting workouts, nutrition rules, and advice. This program gives you a clear starting point and replaces noise with a simple, structured foundation you can actually follow.
